Property management software › Lease tracking
Lease tracking software that flags renewals early
Every unit's tenant, rent, security deposit and lease end date in one list. Leases ending in the next 90 days are flagged, and every lease end sits on the same calendar as your inspections and insurance expirations.

What you see
Units, tenants and leases at a glance
Every unit
Property, unit, tenant name, email and phone, rent per month, security deposit and lease dates.
Ending soon
Leases ending in the next 90 days are flagged so you can renew or re-let in time.
Calendar
Lease ends sit next to work orders, compliance dates and COI and permit expirations.
Vacancies
Vacant units are marked, so they aren't counted as ending leases.
Getting leases in
Import or add them
- Import a rent roll file from Rent Manager, AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi Breeze or DoorLoop and the leases come with it.
- Or add a unit and its lease by hand in a minute.
See rent roll import and the compliance calendar.
Who it's for
When a spreadsheet stops being enough
A lease spreadsheet works until one renewal slips. LapseHawk keeps the same facts (unit, tenant, rent, deposit, lease dates) but puts the dates to work: leases ending in the next 90 days are flagged, they show on the calendar beside inspections and expirations, and a unit's page shows its open work orders and violations too. Import your rent roll to start, and upload a newer export whenever you want it refreshed.
The rest of the building
Leases next to everything else
Because LapseHawk is also where your work orders, vendors, inspections and violations live, a unit's page shows the whole picture: who lives there, what's open, and what's due.
