Subcontractor management software for general contractors

Every subcontractor brings paperwork: a certificate of insurance, a W-9, a license, pay applications, bills and lien waivers. LapseHawk reads all of it, files it to the sub and the project, and shows at a glance which subs are compliant and which aren't.

Example

Onboarding a new sub

A new drywall sub sends a COI, a W-9 and their license by email. LapseHawk reads all three, files them to the new vendor, and checks the COI against your requirements: the umbrella limit is short. The sub shows Below limits, and the follow-up email asking for the right coverage is drafted for you. When the corrected certificate arrives, the status turns green.

Honest limits

Not a bidding platform

LapseHawk manages the subs you work with and their paperwork. It doesn't run bid invitations or prequalification questionnaires.
